ONLY Bitdefender staff can have access to your Bitdefender Central account, your devices, your payments/purchases and/or your subscription(s).
So, you should contact Bitdefender Consumer Support by chat, telephone or e-mail:
Chat is the fastest way to get in touch with Bitdefender Consumer Support.
Select: Purchase & Manage Subscription -> My Bitdefender Central Account, click on Contact Support in the black box and then click on Chat 24/7.
NOTE: Bitdefender telephone support is not toll-free!
Also, @Alexandru_BD and @Mike_BD (they both work for Bitdefender) can take a look here and help you with the issue. You can PM them.

I have noticed that you've activated your new Bitdefender Antivirus for Mac subscription in a Central account associated with a different email address than the one registered on this forum. The subscription is valid until December 2024. To install protection, follow the steps described in this article:
If Bitdefender was previously installed on your devices, it's not necessary to reinstall it. The expiration date of the product will be adjusted according to the subscription active in the Central account, so make sure the devices are synced to that Central account. You can bring up the Bitdefender app and use the switch account feature to re-enter the Central account credentials. The vpn app is installed alongside the security solution.
