Hi @Lois,
Do you get any error messages? If so, where? Could you post a picture of the problem? What operating system are you using and what version?
Please provide more details.
Regards,
Guilherme

Hello.
My specs:
OS Windows 10 Pro 22H2 x64 With Latest Windows Updates Installed
Installed On 18.01.2023
OS Build 19045.3930
Experience Windows Feature Experience Pack 1000.19053.1000.0
I guess this is the update that can't be installed:
On the other hand, all other updates were successfully installed:
So, i believe this is not a Bitdefender related issue, but Microsoft related issue.
Regards.

Hello,
It could be this:
Apparently, it's a known MS issue, unrelated to Bitdefender.

The Installing "button" just goes back to "install"

You can also take a look at the Microsoft Community post related to your error and try the resolution provided by verified users there.
Additionally, an alternate way to install the update is to visit https://www.catalog.update.microsoft.com/Home.aspx
In the search bar, enter the KB version. If the result shows up, you can then download a standalone/offline installer of the same KB version based on your Windows version and architecture.

Hello.
Actually, this is the dedicated post about the same issue on Microsoft Community:
And this is the update:
Pay attention on these parts:
"IMPORTANT
This update requires 250 MB of free space in the recovery partition to install successfully. If the recovery partition does not have sufficient free space, this update will fail. In this case, you will receive the following error message:
0x80070643 - ERROR_INSTALL_FAILURE
To avoid this error or recover from this failure, please follow the Instructions to manually resize your partition to install the WinRE update and then try installing this update."

UPDATE:
Hello all.
Just follow the steps from this article:
and the update will be installed successfully on your Windows 10 device.
It worked for me, and here's the proof:
First, do the steps from the article (no device restart is needed after finishing the steps) and next try to install the update from the Windows Update setting (no device restart is needed after installing the update).
Regards.
