Hi,
I have 2 phones (Samsung and Xiaomi) and on both the phone when my screens are off for a while I can't track those phones nor the anti theft alert rings.
I restarted my phones and with screen on they both can track locations.
On Xiaomi, when I send sound alert it just pop up a notification without any sound and when I touch the popup on top then It start ringing.
