I can't seem to start a scan on my mac
I recently wanted to scan my Mac computer and navigated to my applications folder. I found the Bitdefender folder and can see a Bitdefender Agent icon, a Bitdefender VPN icon and the uninstaller function. I clicked on the Bitdefender Agent icon and put in my Bitdefender account email and password and my system password and then nothing happens. The dialogue screens disappear and I am left looking at my desktop. There is no dashboard or way to initiate a scan.
I uninstalled Bitdefender from my Applications and then went to Bitdefender Central and reinstalled it and I still end up with the same result. Can anyone help me? I'm not sure what else to try at this point. Thanks!
