Hello,
Please ensure the machine is clean of any other security solutions.
Afterwards do a fresh reinstall of the product, using the Bitdefender Uninstall Tool and afterwards downloading the latest Agent from Central.

I have tried your solution but it doesn't work with me. I confirm that my laptop is clean of any other antivirus software.

We will need to further investigate this issue. Usually a simple reinstall resolves all Tools issues.
Please contact our support team via bitsy@bitdefender.com with the logs from the Bitdefender Support Tool.

Oh! My problem have been resolved.
If you have the same issue, download and run this tools below:
"http://download.bitdefender.com/windows/desktop/connect/dm/2017/all/bitdefender_dm_21_64b.exe"
Wait for about 10-15 minutes, then update Bitdefender by right clicking on the Bitdefender icon from system tray.
Restart the computer once the update is complete.
And now you can use Bitdefender Tools.
