Sometimes web pages do not load and thus refreshing is required!


Hi there, 


I'm facing an annoying problem; when using Bitdefender, sometimes web pages do not load and I need to refresh them. Unfortunately, this problem is caused only by Bitdefender, because it doesn't happen when other antivirus products are installed. 


What's the problem?

    I'm using Google Chrome. 


    My product is Bitdefender Internet Security 2017, and the build is 21.0.23.1101

    Oddly enough I have experienced this issue on a system that never ran a anti-virus system.


    Please follow the steps below and let me know if the issue persists.


    - open Chrome

    - type in the address : chrome://flags and press Enter

    - go to : Experimental QUIC protocol and disable it

    - close Chrome and open it back again

    Thank you for your help.


    I did change the option as per your instruction. After several days, the occurrence of the annoying problem has decreased a lot, but it's still there. I didn't have such a problem when I was using Kaspersky, though it had its own disturbing problems!
