Found more problems there are exe files of them issue is in latest update
Tried repair reinstalling
Clean install yet same issue
Bootoptimizer.exe is missing diskcleanup .exe is also missing diskusage.0 -

What is the simplest and easiest way to do a repair-reinstall of this product? I haven't been able to access the Optimizations Tools under the Utilities file of this program for the last three months. Is there a recent update to the Total Security product that will solve this issue? Thanks

Try uninstalling the product via bitdefender removal tool by selecting appropriate product version : https://www.bitdefender.com/site/view/uninstall_consumer_paid.html
Next, restart your computer. Remove this device on which you are facing issue from the bitdefender central : https://www.bitdefender.com/consumer/support/answer/2795/
Next reinstall the software from either bitdefender website or directly from bitdefender central.
If everything goes good, you will be able to access the utilities. Know activating utilities in total security takes time to activate when switching on for the first time.
If this does not solves the issue, kindly create a log : https://www.bitdefender.com/consumer/support/answer/8919/ and mail the log to support staff at bitsy@bitdefender.com
