Opting Out of Auto-Renewal
I just renewed my subscription to BD2020 from BD2019. Although I've gone through every menu and option in the Bitdefender Internet Security window I cannot find anything about the auto-renewal option, specifically, anything that lets me opt out of the automatic renewal. Where do I find this option?

Hi...If you purchased your subscription thru 2Checkout, you will have to open an account with them and cancel auto renewal from there. It's a pain but if you don't you'll be automatically renewed at full price. This auto renewal by default is a less than honorable practice but unfortunately I don't think it is illegal. Also, be aware, that you must cancel auto renewal every time you renew your subscription because it resets itself every time you renew. Hope this helps.0 -

I followed the link that were provided. After logging into my account and going through a number of screens I never saw anything that would let me stop automatic renewal. Instead I wound up at a "create account" screen. So I sent an email to Bitdefender and I hope they will respond with an answer.
