BitDefender is blocking my Xbox

BitDefender Firewall blocks my Xbox Live connection and the cloud, so I have to play offline. Currently, I turned off the firewall and am using Windows Firewall, and it is working; however, I would prefer to be on the BitDefender Firewall as it's more effective, and I have paid for it as part of the package. Is there a way to make an exception or something so Microsoft will connect?

    What app exactly? As far as I'm aware this has something to do with teredo and ipv6. The xbox live service is needed for some games to play online and bitdefender is blocking it. However this isn't simply an app as far as I'm aware. Thanks though UPSers.
