Mixing the Bitdefender company with Iran's politics and sanctions and financial loss to people
Hello, it has been several months since the Bitdefender company suddenly blocked the accounts of the Iranian people without any prior notice and without any financial return and did not make any explanation or official announcement to apologize to the people of Iran. I was a regular customer of this company for seven years and I am sorry as a customer.

Kindly contact the bitdefender support by visiting https://www.bitdefender.com/consumer/support/ and scroll down to the bottom of the webpage where you can get in touch with support representative either by email, chat or over a call.
Get in touch with chat support and provide them with your ticket ID for immediate update.

As it was written to you by one of my colleagues at the time, due to the export restrictions, we have to comply to them and we provide further assistance. We do apologize for that matter, but we simply cannot assist any further at this point.

Since you already got a reply from the Bitdefender Consumer Support, i think your best bet is to wait a resposne from Alex and Mike. Unfortunately, there is nothing else that can be done about your issue.
