BD Internet Security Antispam off

Hi,

BD Internet Security 27.0.35.147, when I turn off toggle of Antispam, unfortunately when I restart my computer, my setting is not remembered by the App. Can you repair it?

I do not want to use this functionality.

    Repair Bitdefender, by following these steps:

    If the instructions from Step 1 didn't help, uninstall the Bitdefender program using the Uninstall Tool:

    It will completely remove the program.
    Next, reinstall Bitdefender from your Bitdefender Central account and see if the issue has been solved, as reinstalling the program usually solves the issues.
    -- STEP 3 --
    If the instructions from Step 2 didn't help, follow the instructions in this step.
    First, take screenshot(s) of the issue
    and create a log file on your Windows device using Bitdefender Support Tool, by following these steps:

    Next, contact Bitdefender Consumer Support by e-mail:
    https://www.bitdefender.com/consumer/support/help/
    with short description of the issue.
    After that, you will get an automated reply by the Bitdefender Customer Care Team, with your ticket number.
    Now, in reply to that automated reply, you can send the screenshot(s) you already took and the log file you already created in the first step.
    Since you are all done, just wait for the support engineers to investigate your issue and find a solution to fix the issue.
    Remember that the screenshot(s) and the log file will help a lot to the support engineers for better and faster investigation on your issue and finding a solution.
    NOTE: If the log file is larger than 25MB, you can upload the log file here:
    https://upload.bitdefender.net/
    After the upload is done, you will get a notification with the file's URL and then you can share the file's URL with the Bitdefender Consumer Support.

    Hi

    I've contacted already via chat, and they opened for me ticket, and I've described everything in the mail reply with upload of logs on your cloud service. What is funny you replied personally on mine ticket already via mail two days ago as know issue - ticket 1009252658.

    Regarding recaptcha, also on chat (ticket 1009251937), it was confirmed it is case on your side. And you're the only website where I have the issue. I have always all updates, no VPN, and all points from your post I've already checked before I contacted via chat.

    I'm just waiting for the fixes 😀🙃

    Can you tell me the exact steps you took to create this ticket and what browser you used? If possible, kindly attach a screenshot of the page displaying the recaptcha error message, we ran a few tests today as well, and based on our findings the error should no longer be displayed. Also, please specify the Bitdefender page where this error is encountered (.com, .co.uk, .de, .fr, etc).
