Device not showing in Bitdefender Central
I have Total Security installed on one of my computers (checked everything on the appwiz.cpL and it shows installed. On my console it shows VPN installed but protection for Windows is not. I clicked the link to download it and the installer says "Bitdefender Security is already installed on your device". I previously tried to uninstall and reinstall but not recently. The tool works but I cannot see anything about it in the Bitdefender Central. I blurred the computer names but I assure you they are the same. Thank you.

Hello,
Try going to the top of the Desktop BD UI, click on My Account, then Switch account. Type in your email address and PW used for you Central account and see if it resyncs.

I did that already, including switching accounts, logging out of both then back in, and I reinstalled but that was some months ago.

Hello.
Maybe you should try first to uninstall the Bitdefender program using the Uninstall Tool:
It will completely remove the program.
Next, reinstall Bitdefender from your Bitdefender Central account and see if the issue has been solved.If that doesn't help, contact Consumer Support like @Scott already suggested.
