Bitdefender Showing Plain White Screen background on Launch in Windows 10
Hi everyone,
I am encountering a issue with Bitdefender on my Windows 10 laptop. Upon launching the application, I am greeted with a plain white screen background, rendering it inaccessible.
I have checked for any recent updates to both Windows and Bitdefender, ensuring that my software is up to date. Additionally, I have disabled any conflicting applications, such as other security software, but the plain screen issue persists.
Any one else having this issue?

Thanks for the suggestion! I had not tried a repair yet, so I will give that a go and see if it helps with the white background issue. Will update soon!

Hi @sophi-josephine ,
Could you try repairing your WebView2 installation?
go to Apps and features → find Microsoft Edge WebView2 Runtime → click on it and choose "Modify" → Repair.
If the issue persists, please take a screenshot and post it here.
