Parental Control: not blocking TeamViewer or CCleaner

I use Parental Control content filtering to prevent download of AnyDesk, TeamViewer or CCleaner. Therefore, I have a "Blocked Exception" for each of the involved websites. This is working great to block access to the AnyDesk website. But still the TeamViewer and CCleaner websites can be accessed without any problem.

In Google Chrome, I disabled the advanced security setting "Use secure DNS", but this did not make any difference.

What can I do to further investigate how to block TeamViewer or CCleaner download successfully via Parental Control?

    If you have already applied the steps below for both apps, however Parental Control is still not blocking them, I think this must be further investigated by the Support teams:

    1. Sign into your Central account
    2. Click on Parental Control from the left menu
    3. Click on your child's profile.
    4. Go to the Applications tab
    5. Check the app you want to block
      from the list. Wait ~10 minutes then check if it's blocked.

    State your contact reason / choose request category, then choose from the available contact channels, chat, phone and email/ticket. Chat would be the fastest way to reach them.

    Let us know how it goes and what was the reason behind the apps not being blocked as intented.
