Bitdefender Not Functioning Properly on MacBook
Hello!
I am currently experiencing an issue with Bitdefender on my MacBook. The application seems to be malfunctioning, and I am unable to perform scans or update the virus definitions. I have tried restarting my MacBook and reinstalling the application, but the problem persists. Could someone please provide guidance on how to resolve this issue? Are there any specific settings or configurations for MacBooks that I might be missing?

If you choose email support, you will receive a ticket number in your registered email. Kindly generate and attach the following logs to the ticket for macOS:
Bitdefender BDsysLog for macOS:
Bitdefender BDProfiler log for macOS:
If the generated logs are larger than 25 MB, which is the attachment limit for most email vendors, you can upload the logs to
