Exceptions still not allowing me to run....

I am trying to run a program that I trust. Even after adding exceptions (folder AND exe), the program no longer runs. Without BD, the program runs. With BD installed, no running.

How can I regain access to this program?

    If adding exceptions doesn't work for that program, I would recommend to temporarily disable the security modules in Bitdefender one by one, and check after each deactivation, to find out which module is blocking it. You cand find the procedure here:

    Normally, this should reveal the culprit. Just don't forget to re-enable your defenses once the troubleshooting process is done. Next, once you find out exactly which module is blocking the program (or if this can't be determined), head to the link below to get in touch with Bitdefender Support for further guidance:

    State your contact reason / choose request category, then choose from the available contact channels, chat, phone and email/ticket. Chat would be the fastest way to reach them.
