Exceptions still not allowing me to run....
I am trying to run a program that I trust. Even after adding exceptions (folder AND exe), the program no longer runs. Without BD, the program runs. With BD installed, no running. How can I regain access to this program? The program is from here: https://www.polar-electric.com/Morse/MRP40-EN/
