How to I stop Bitdefender from blocking this?

I am currently testing out Bitdefender to buy it, and I have already put in a number of exceptions.

This morning I received notification from Bitdefender that it blocked

C:\Users\XXXXXX\AppData\LocalLow\IGDump\X86_00\17364912230.ext has been detected as a potentially unwanted application and was blocked.

I wanted to put in an exception for this, however when you browse to the Local Low folder IGDUMP is not there…

Yes, I have hidden files showing in windows explorer…
