Upgrading from Bit Defender for Android to Bit Defender Total with Windows protection as well

I have Bit Defender for Android subscribed through the Google Play Store, I would like to upgrade this subscription to include Bit Defender foe Windows as well for my Laptop. Is there some way to do this as the Bit Defender Total Security includes both can I upgrade to this and get credit for the Android Subscription I already have ?

You should contact support to see what they can do for you. Tick the Purchase & Manage Subscription box, go through the prompts until you get to the black Contact Support button. You will be given 3 support options, Chat can be the quickest way to get things resolved or at least to head you in the right direction. There is also email and phone support, which is not toll-free.
