Activation Following Trial

I purchased Bitdefender Total Security 2016 online at http://www.bitdefender.com on April 03, 2016 (processed by Avangate). I completed the trial before attempting to activate my subscription.

When I try to activate, I insert the activation code and receive the following message, "This key was already used to generate a subscription." This is clearly in error. What are my next steps?

I noticed that you opened a ticket with us, it has been sent to the CS department and they will be able to assist you in resolving this situation.

From what I can see you had a AV for MAC trial, but the subscription you currently hold is the Total Security that is for Windows only. As normally once the trial has ended the proper subscription takes automatically without you having to do anything.
