Yes, Bitdefender requires full disk access to properly ensure the security of your device.
The message you may have received is just an informative notification since the next macOS will stop supporting kernel extensions.
This type of notification will be sent for any application that uses system extensions, not just Bitdefender. Please disregard this message since we will make the necessary adjustments required by Apple.
