How to delete large BDQ file

I've just discovered a 26Gb bdq file lurking in Program Data\Bitdefender\Desktop\Quarantine. The problem is that there is nothing in quarantine, according to Bitdefender Internet Security.

I've tried manually deleting the file, but it says Administrator permission is required (which I am).

How does one get rid of this?

1) Enable hidden folders/files: https://support.microsoft.com/en-in/help/14201/windows-show-hidden-files

2) Boot into safe mode: https://support.microsoft.com/en-in/help/12376/windows-10-start-your-pc-in-safe-mode%29

3) Navigate to ProgramData\Bitdefender\Desktop\Quarantine.

4) If there are any files in the folder, manually delete them if possible.

Select, Activate and Install→Install→I don't know→Contact Support→You will get the option of chat, call or email.
