Bitdefender GravityZone - Pause Agent

Hi - client is requesting the Bitdefender agent on their 2012 server to be paused while they troubleshoot a 3rd party application issue - I cannot see where you can accomplish this short of uninstalling the agent. Can anyone please advise me if this is possible and if so, how would it be done?
