I am not able to install Bitdefender free on Windows

Hello,

I had the free version of BitDefender from a long time and I never had any problems,

in these day I had some issues and I decided to reinstall it.

After I downloaded and executed the .ex file from the official site Bitdefender,

the program says that it have to prepare my PC and after some seconds the window disappears.

I discover that it install only BitDefender Agent and not the complete program.

I tried several times, I also restart the PC but nothing.

What could possibly be the problem?
