I've got some alerts on my Firewall triggered recently. Please Advise

I've had a Breach Recently, been dealing with it for a week.

I've never had enough sleep or a moment where I relax, I'm trying hard to mitigate the incident and try harder to improve my mentality and patience while handling it. Getting Straight to the point I have attached some screenshots of what are the alerts, these alerts got triggered after I installed Bitdefender Which is pretty darn good, So I think I'm going to buy a premium version soon. The previous protection software I was using wasn't giving me these alerts.
