Installation problems

Hello to everyone reading!

I purchased Bitdefender Total Security today. I tried installing it but my nephew shut down the laptop. Now a few things are happening:

  1. The program opens really late. I will click on the .exe file and it takes at least 4 minutes for the program to run.
  2. It says that another instance of this program is already running.
