Alert Mode is broken

    Hello @Noname123,

    We don't have any updates at the moment, this is still being investigated. I know the situation can be frustrating and I understand this has created an inconvenience to you. We apologize for that and I hope the development teams will come up with a fix soon.

    This is one of those situations that require a bit more time to solve.

    The only available workaround at the moment is to disable the Alert Mode feature.

    I have had the same issue, that the alert mode has turned off in windows 10. Now i add password protection, maybe that helps.

    Alert mode changed again and same day was product update. Does autoupdating change alert mode?

    I think it works like this, when i go into Game mode, its changes "Alert mode" off and if "Default application behavior" is set to "Automatic" (by default) it will decide itself which programm will get access.

  • I never use 'Game Mode' so that is not the issue ( I think ).
