Alert mode stops working after some time!
Hello ive been using bitdefender for years. This last week ive been facing a problem with one of the best bitdefender features, alert mode.
I always filter all my connections with alert mode, it always worked fine but suddenly it started to fail. A week ago i checked the rules for all the connections and noticed some new rules were added as "allowed". This freaked me out. I did a rules reset and all the connections were added automatically as allowed rules. I went to settings and turned off and on the alert mode setting, it started to ask me again for each new rule. After some hours or maybe a shutdown it stopped working again. I did a PC format and reinstalled everything fresh again... And is happening again. Tried experimenting with the network adapters settings and the settings section but the problem persists. what is happening! Help!
Windows 10 pro, everything is up to date.
