Bit Total Security (2023) Where is the virtual keyboard NOT attached to Safe Pay?

Hi, I'm a new user of Bitdefender. I used the Competitors virtual keyboard for years to do banking, as well as to sign into sensitive websites. Please help me find a virtual keyboard, because I don't trust that keyboard scanners have been completely blocked. I can't even find either a virtual keyboard or reference to keyboard scanner protection feature in the program I bought yesterday. Is there a way to use the safepay keyboard without buying anything? Thank you for your help.

Also, if this is in the wrong category would someone please tell me the correct one?

Hi @JennyPat

With Safepay open, go to the top right 3 dots, and ticking it will give you the option to open the virtual keyboard. Also, is the little blue keyboard option next to it. In the 3 dot Settings, is the option to automatically launch the keyboard for password sites.

Hi, no I can't get the keyboard to appear other than on the safepay screen. When I go back to browser (edge), and put cursor into password box, no keyboard appears. I go back to safepay and there it is, but Safepay and the browser will not appear on the screen at the same time. So no keyboard.

So you're right, Jenny; there is no separate BD keyboard apart from the one in Safepay, unfortunately.

You're welcome :) If you wanted to start a thread asking for that feature to be considered, may get more traction if a lot of members vote for it, or reply regarding that feature. Otherwise, it may not, it probably will not happen, just being honest :)
