Parental Controls and Blocking Websites in Incgonito Mode on Firefox

I was just going through my child's computer and testing the security settings and noticed I am still able to access blocked sites from incognito mode in Firefox. On top of that the blocked sites I have entered are not being blocked in regular mode either if I access the site using the search engine instead of entering the address directly.
