Installed Parental Controls - Get "pending installation" on Devices Page

I have installed Parental Controls on my computer for my child when I go to the devices' page in my Bitdefender Central Account and attempt to assign the parental controls to my device I see the "install parental control" prompt. I click on it and get a "pending installation" notification. After this is complete I am expecting to see "Parental Controls Installed" or something similar. I had successfully done this before, but now it is not working. I've completely uninstalled everything and tried reinstalling form the beginning, but I'm getting the same issue.
