Bitdefender prevent roblox from running? or roblox doest like bitdefender?

My sister wanna play roblox today but it seems that roblox keep force closing whenever bitdefender protection is running , this never happen before

upon closer inspection using process hacker roblox just terminate itself after i click play on the web, i cant even run the roblox player itself

i need to atleast add RobloxPlayerBeta.exe to Advance Threat Defense Exception list so that the roblox itself can run , which i dont trust scared that my sister may run into shady ****** on the roblox itself

iam using Bitdefender AV Plus (Build 27.0.20.110)

I'll jump in here. For everyone encountering this, try to temporarily disable the Advanced Threat Defense module and check how the game performs afterwards. Logs may be required from the affected machines for further analysis and this way the Support engineers can gather more information that would help the developers understand what is happening there. Just following up with an update: the problem seems to be an incompatibility with the new anticheat that Roblox uses. Following the reports received on the forum, the Bitdefender developers created an exception today that will become available with the next signature update and this should solve the issue.

I take this opportunity to thank all community members who reported this behavior, it really helped the teams identify the root cause in a timely fashion.
