Firewall Alert mode

Since 03.13.24 the Bitdefender Total Security Firewall alert mode has switched to the OFF position 25 times now when if its functioning correctly, should remain in the ON position i set it to. Thanks in advance in if someone can help me fix this problem. My alternative to fix this problem is replacing Bitdefender with another provider of a firewall / AV.
