Firewall Alert mode

Since 03.13.24 the Bitdefender Total Security Firewall alert mode has switched to the OFF position 25 times now when if its functioning correctly, should remain in the ON position i set it to. Thanks in advance in if someone can help me fix this problem. My alternative to fix this problem is replacing Bitdefender with another provider of a firewall / AV.

Update

After exhausting ways to fix that ongoing problem - plus not wanting to continue trying to, ive decided to uninstall this product to apply my alternative idea of replacing Bitdefender's firewall / AV with one of its competitors for that. I am disappointed of course, however, the following to close this subject:

Came here to get an update on the situation and encountered way more topics about it. When i get the time today ill probably switch software. Bitdefender took too long.
