Googleadservices blocked

Every time I tap on a google ad that I choose to look up, my Android phone blocks the site. There is no option to continue. The only way I can stop this is to uninstall bitdefender. That's ridiculous. I can't find anywhere in the app to set a site as safe or whitelist.

  • Hello @Granparoger,

This is probably caused by the Ad blocker & Anti-tracker integrated in the VPN. Check if this is the case. If so, from the same menu where you can select ON/OFF for this feature, you can also add an exception. I don't have an Android phone, so I can't really provide a screenshot, but the setting is located under the Privacy tab.

    I hope this helps.

  • Thank you, Alex. I have VPN and Web protection off. I turned them off for this reason. It made no difference. The only thing that works to allow me free access is to uninstall Bitdefender entirely.

  • I'm encountering the "googleadservices" blocker also. I've blocked this on the ad-blocker, to no avail.

    Any help would be appreciated.
