Bitdefender keeps blocking static.imghst-de.com
Dos anyone know what this is or why Chrome is trying to connect to it? I don't seem to be able to find much about it anywhere.
"Online Threat Prevention - chome.exe attempted to establish a connection relying on an expired certificate to static.imghst-de.com. We blocked the connection to keep your data safe since websites must renew their certificates with a certification authority to stay current, and outdated security certificates represent a risk."

These constant suspicious connections that Bitdefender keeps blocking static.imghst-de.com are really getting annoying and old! No response from Google Chrome with respect to who are these folks! Or what is triggering this connection! How do I stop this? My only choose is to "Add to exceptions" but why would I do that ? I have no idea who they are! Chrome will not respond. How in the world is anyone suppose to get help with this crap!0

[{"insert":"Hello Why are we getting this message in Chrome? Can you not isolate which extension is doing it ? So we can fix and or remove the culprit and get on with things. I shouldn't have to wake everyday to get this critical warning and block and have no clue where to search to find the problem."},{"insert":{"emoji":{"emojiChar":"😥"}}},{"insert":"\nFeature:\nOnline Threat Prevention\nchrome.exe attempted to establish a connection relying on an expired certificate to static.imghst-de.com. Same issue, I'm glad it's blocking it, but I would like more information. It's happening even when my system is idle. I suspect it's Facebook because I use my PC for two things: Gaming and work. My wife uses it for Facebook. It's the only thing that could possibly have malicious content.
Edit: I think I figured it out. I had Telegraph open, and as soon as I closed it in my taskbar, the notifications stopped.0 -
Same. Bit Defender needs to identify the originating extension.0

I also keep getting this for months, static.imghst-de.com\n... I suspect it may be Ads Killer (Chrome Extension) but am not sure. ... Will keep testing.0
