Someone I blocked is reading all my social media messages and emails

Someone I blocked is reading absolutely everything I send via social media messages including from my private accounts and blue-ticked accounts to blue-ticked accounts, and all my emails, telegram etc. Even when i am in Instagram they seem to know whose account I have gone into to view. This is true for text sent from my laptop and phone. All my security software says I am safe/protected - AVAST, MacKeeper, Intego, McAfee, Bitdefender, Malwarebytes, but yet if I send a message from any platform or email - they can read it immediately. This started when they began working for an Indo-Chinese company around May 2024 and i believe they are using a software that is not being picked up. Does anyone know of any software like this and how I block it? I have had to shut my work/business down, and they are reading and then getting involved in my life from info they pick up in my messages, involved with my friends, reading messages to my close family, including about private and medical matters. I have had to stop communicating and working to protect contacts and have become isolated. I just want them gone and the software blocked. Does this sound familiar to anyone?
