Bitdefender Password Manager - best way to share my account with wife/son?

Hi. I have a Bitdefender Password Manager account. I would like to give my wife and son access to my account - just in case. What is the best way to give them access? Do you simply give them (on paper) Bitdefender password, Master Password and email password for them to gain access to the Two Factor Authentication code? Sorry if this is a stupid question and thanks for your help and advice.
