File Navigation

The folder & files view is still tiny and alien.  Poor UI design.

why isn't it a standard Windows Explorer interface like most programs?

That would make navigation so much easier and faster for me when setting rules and preferences.

  • I agree. When I need to add an application to a profile, I need to drill down each time to get to where executable files for apps are saved on my system. The font is very small, and there are no "Quick Access" or "Recent Places" to make the selection more efficient.

Perhaps you could allow us to paste in a path to make it easier and more certain. In that way, users could get the exact location of the executable from the shortcut's Properties, so could just paste it into a dialog and not have to navigate to select what they think the application might be. (It isn't always clear from the executable's name.)

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
