Bitdefender blocks installation of programme

Hi all,

Help needed and appreciated, please.

I'm trying to install a programme. After having added it to every exception in Bitdefender Total Security, Bitdefender persists to block the installation. What can I do?

Hello @OfficeBunny,

Have you also added the program .exe in the Advanced Threat Defense module?

If not, you can follow the steps below to add an exception for the desired program. This will stop Advanced Threat Defense from interfering with the legitimate process of a trusted app:

If the exception was already added here, tell us what message does Bitdefender display when blocking the installation.
