Password Manager does not give me a drop down menu to import the .csv file

My device sits on my son's Bitdefender subscription. But the multi-device Bitdefender subscription only allows 1 password manager account so I bought my own individual Bitdefender and Password Manager accounts. I am not able to import the .csv file to my new individual account because the drop down menu is missing under Password Manager where I can use the import function 😣. Do I have to uninstall the prior multi-user product first and then reinstall my individual product? Or should I reboot my computer??
