macOS screentime report in Central shows zero

Hi, does anybody else have this issue? I've added my sons MacBook Pro in Parental Control, and configured a maximum daily allowance as well as a few schedules (bedtime, etc). I consistenly get zero time displayed in Central for this device, although I know it has been used. What can I check to make this work? Thanks!
