"Infected web page detected" on just about every page?
Since a few days, I get the BD alert "Infected web page detected" on just about every web page that I visit, even on Google Search. This is what BD further says about it:
--------------------------------------------------------
Feature: Online Threat Prevention
We blocked this dangerous page for your protection:

Threat name: JS:Adware.Lnkr.L
Dangerous pages attempt to install software that can harm the device, gather personal information or operate without your consent.

The message is always the same and the constant alert is annoying. What can/should I do?

@Flexx -- BD's alert does not say that my computer is infected, just that it blocked the installation of the file in question. And a BD scan does not find any infected files.
It's just annoying that BD throws an alert every time I visit Google Search. I'm happy that it blocks the said installation, but how can I stop BD from throwing an alert every time?

Well that website is malicious and it seems that cache version of the website is stored on your pc/laptop which is trying to connect to the internet. The notification that you are getting is from online threat prevention and doing a bitdefender scan of pc/laptop will not reveal anything.
Malware scan is different from online threat prevention. Online threat prevents the website to download anything malicious on your pc/laptop. If still anything bypasses the online threat prevention and still gets downloaded on your pc/laptop and if bitdefender has signature based detection for it in its database, then a malware scan will pick it up.
I would still advise you to follow the same procedure.

If this solves your problem, kindly do not visit that website again or it will again display the notification. If you still want to visit the website set the website link in exclusion list of bitdefender
