Error (-11) preventing update


I have a subscription for Bitdefender for Mac.


As of today, my programme has stopped updating, and has been giving "Error (-11)" each time.


It tells me to contact support, but that's not very helpful because the support email and chat functions on the Bitdefender website don't appear to work properly!

  • I just had the same problem. I changed my wifi-connection (I have two different) and it now it worked. I think it's a network connection problem. If you only have one try using your phone's connection instead (maybe non-wifi).
