Upgraded from Antivirus to Total Security & Cannot Install

Hi, I decided to purchase Total Security and have tried several times to activate the download but nothing happens. Help!

    I was having the same issue. Had to uninstall through Windows add/remove programs. I then rebooted. I ran the exe file & it actually completed the install; however, my renewal date hasn't changed.

    It really shouldn't be this difficult to install, renew or upgrade. Kind of makes you wonder...
