Tried everything - I can't install Bitdefender updates, is it time to switch?
Contacted support, did everything I could. I have tried reinstalling, using different internet/hotspots, changing DNS, disabling firewall, restarting, ipconfigs and netsh commands that support told me to do, upgrading to Windows 10 22H2 from 21H2, everything. I keep getting the error code of -1002 despite my internet being fine and everything else being perfectly fine. I'm really paranoid about my security as I haven't been getting updates since Nov. 25th.
Is it time to switch antivirus or is there ANYTHING I could try? Please help, I'm really panicking for solutions here.
EDIT: I'm going to try and install the trial for internet security and see if it works there.
EDIT 2: Nope, I still cant update.
