adnxs.com - Malware or just a strange-named cookie?

Hello!

Since I have set my browser settings to delete everything but my cookies after closing the browser, I manually delete certain cookies from time to time.

Today a cookie caught my eye that I found a bit 'suspicious'. It's called adnxs.com. A search on the net revealed that there is a virus running under the same name and viruses can certainly be disguised as cookies. Hence my question: is the cookie malware or not?

Bitdefender does not sound an alarm, by the way. Both the QuickScan and the detailed system scan do not strike; my device is safe and secure.

Nevertheless, the question about the cookie is still bothering me. Therefore, I would be very pleased to receive an answer.

2) Open the Run command and execute the following commands one by one:

This should deal with all type of invalid cookies stored on your system and the changes that they might have made to your web browser.
