Chromebook and Android Activity Not Showing in Parental Control
Hi All - I am not seeing any application or screen activity in parental control across three devices (two Chromebooks and one Android phone). My hope is to view screen time and applications used. This should be supported, correct? And, if so, are there any extra special/tricky configuration settings that need to be made?…

Parental control uses resources and network data despite being disabled
I have parental controls disabled and under the bitdefender central, there isn't a single child profile. So why are "bdparentalservice.exe", "bdmonitorapps.exe", and "bdparentalsystray.exe" using cpu resources? Why is "bdparentalservice.exe" one of the processes that uses the most memory and network data in the background?…

Is it possible to configure it so that one device is shared amongst the children in our family. We have a laptop which has 3 accounts on it for our 3 children and I want to be able to monitor the usage of all the children. bdparentalservice.exe / Parental Service Not Enabled; Running; Hogging Resources

Is this BD proprietary malware/spyware? If any one machine in our license group uses it, do all get it? My battery is very unhappy, as am I. How…

Additional Parental Control Information
Good day! I currently use Bitdefender Family 2020 to protect our families devices. GAMBLING WEBSITE
Hi, I have a problem with PARENTAL CONTROL. I have a friend with gambling disease and I was hoping to be able to use the service to block betting sites. To my regret the filter is not so reliable. There is a way to block words entered in the site name such as "LUCKY", "BET", "FORTUNE". Thank you all.

Upgraded To 2016: No More Control Per Session, But Only Per Computer
Hi, I just upgraded internet security from 2015 to 2016: now the parental control system applies to a whole computer, whatever user is logged on. That's not good, computers are shared between familly members, furthermore kids do not have to same age, hence do not need same policies. A parent that logs on a Pc has to go to…
