Firewall repeatedly needs me to allow the same thing over & over
I re-installed World of Warships last night. Now, I have to allow over & over the same process repeatedly because the firewall keeps asking me repeatedly for the same file. Never had this issue before in the years I've been using BT. I have to disable the firewall to be able to play.

Safepay Timesout
How do I reset it when it times out? Something happened yesterday when I tried to use it and could not click continue or next. When I went to use it today, it left me with a timeout message & no way to reset it or whatever.

Need To Reinstall
I unfortunately had to re-install my Win7 x64 due to a screwed up boot manager. Odd thing is, it happened right after I tried to OC my quad again. Anyways, I now need to re-install BDIS 2013 & I do have a license for it, but where do I find the download for the installer? Thanks in advance.

Anti-virus Scanning
Why was scheduled scanning removed? My AV has not ran a scan since install 8 days ago. This is just not acceptable in this day & age, especially for a paid product. I am sure I am not the only one to feel this way. On-access scanning is not enough.

Is it normal for these 2 services to always be using anywhere from 7% to 30% cpu usage? BD 2011 never did this but since I installed 2012, it is. Any ideas?

Realtime Protection Is Forced On
I am no longer able to disable this as when I click to disable for any amount of time & click ok, it re-checks the box. I am having trouble running games with BD these days. Game mode does nothing.

Bd 2010 Network
My password that I had been using for this feature is no longer working. How would I go about resetting it? I am unable to disable/enable the network without it nor can I add a PC.

I had multiple entries of this redistribute, some of the same build, so I uninstalled. Bdagent will not load. Is it needed? Windows update installed one but bdagent still won't load.

Home Network Still Not Working
When under expert mode in the Home Network tab, it shows this PC as offline. When I try to add the second PC that has the same version of BD IS 2010 as this PC, nothing gets listed. It's been this way since before the major update. What can I do to fix it?

Bd 2010 Deep Scan Skips Files?
Why does a supposedly "deep" scan start skipping many files?? I thought deep scans scanned ALL files, not skip certain ones? Right now during a scan, it's skipped close to 60,000 files. Not very protective is that.
