A While back I upgraded to a new Orbi router. I have an active Netgear Armor by Bitdfender subscription my my NEW Orbi router. My old Orbi router still shows on my profile with an inactive subscription. I cannot find a way to remove my old Orbi router from my profile. Please help

Hi, I have Total security for 10 devices and installed it already on several devices with succes. The only problem I have is that I don't see all devices on my dashboard in https://central.bitdefender.com/devices. I miss 2 out of 5 installed devices in my dashboard. How can this be fixed? Maurice
