BD finding fault with a long time program
Recently, BD has been detecting an "infected file" and "malicious behavior" with one of my long standing programs. I am very sure that the file(s) and program in question are not malware or contain a threat to my system. So far I have been unable to stop this issue from reoccurring with BD . Any ideas? Internet slowed to a crawl after latest update
After the latest BD 2019 update ( BD Total security 2019) my internet has slowed to a crawl using Firefox or Internet Explorer. Page load times are anywhere from15 seconds to a minute. Nothing else has changed on my computer and provider speeds are the same as always. Any ideas?

Router listed as "Disconnected"
Just hooked up my Box 2 a couple of days ago. At first my router was listed as "Protected", now it is listed as "Disconnected" even though it is obviously connected and everything connected to it is working as it should. Should I turn the router off and then on again or is there another way to handle this? Thanks

One missing and one unidentified device

Quarantine Item Deletions
I would like to have a way to select multiple items (or select all) in the quarantine file instead of having to select and delete one at a time. If one has a lot of items in quarantine, this is a tedious process.
